Default Borla question

I have a borla catback for sale that cam off of my 94' trans am which is single cat.I was wondering if this catback would fit a 95-97 lt1 dual cat car???If so what has to be done???

that will be a steal if he sells it for that...but I got my GMMG from a guy that needed the money...450 for a GMMG system...that was good timing

right now its 300 picked up,so does anybody know if this catback will fit a 95-97 lt1

im asking because 95-97 lt1 are dual cats and 93 and 94 are single cat

The front piping is different, the rear part is the same. If the entire thing is welded together then no it will not work on the later models. Borla sells two different models for 93-95 and 96-97.

Dont the 95-97 cars also have more o2's than the single cat cars? 4 compaired to 2?

Mine wouldnt bolt up when i had stock manifolds and cat. Once I got my headers and y-pipe they slipped together nicely.

I believe magnaflow is the only one that is the same. Borla/Corsa/Hooker etc all have separate ones for single/dual cat.
