Ok I unofficialy figured it out. In the Haynes manual it tells you to tap vigourusly on the pcm while the car is running and if it stumbles or bogs, you have a faulty computer. I did the test and sure enough it sumbled when i tapped on it. So it's time for a new pcm and tune.
