No offense but Lubbock is worse than NW Arkansas.

State law says the back is unlimited. Don't know about the sides.

I typed it wrong, front doors on truck has 15% while from there back has 5% layed over factory it also has a 10" brow on front glass that is 15%, and the yukon has 5 on front doors and over factory tint on back but it has no front brow. Maybe thats right....lol

You will be fine with whatever % tint most likely, just don't do something stupid like pull up next to a cop at a stoplight and expect him not to notice your extremely dark tint..

Arkansas Window Tint Law
Arkansas Tint Law Enacted: 1993
HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN ARKANSAS?

Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In Arkansas, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.

Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 5 inches of the windshield.
Front Side Windows Must allow more than 25% of light in.
Back Side Windows Must allow more than 25% of light in.
Rear Window Must allow more than 10% of light in.

HOW REFLECTIVE CAN THE TINT BE IN ARKANSAS?

Similar to sunglass lenses, some tinting film contain metallic elements that help in reflecting incoming light and reducing the glare and heat generated by visible light.

Front Side Windows No metallic or mirrored appearance.
Back Side Windows No metallic or mirrored appearance.

OTHER ARKANSAS RULES AND REGULATIONS

Restricted Colors No colors of tint are explicitly banned.
Side Mirrors No restrictions.
Certificate Requirements Manufacturers of film do NOT need to certify the film they sell in the state.
Sticker Requirements The sticker to identify legal tinting is required between the film & glass on the driver’s side window.
Medical Exemption State allows medical exemptions for special tint. For more details about the specific terms of the exemption, consult your state law.

I am in Texas and got stopped for "illegal tint", I had 5% on sides, 20% on the hatch, now its 20% all around. Legal here is 25% on front windows, no limit on rears, problem is that no company makes a 25%... so its either 20 or 35... Back when I had my LT1 it was 5% on hatch and it was very dark at night, very hard to see back thru...... My best advice would be 20% all around.

Rear Window Must allow more than 10% of light in.
thats strange. i would have thought all states would allow any tint on the back (even a steel plate insted of a window)
