honestly I would be kind of worried, it was the 1/8th, but last weekend there was a bone stock 06 g35 4 door with a middle aged man hot lapping it at the local strip and it ran consistant 9.02's. I was pretty dumbfounded as I just ran an 8.80 in my 02 z. I was def not expecting them to run that well.

auto is a tad slower slower though.

In a lot of cases, I would say the auto would pull a better time, but a lower trap speed. I could see a stock G35 getting a 2.0 60' consistently. They have a little more torque than the manuals, but less HP. Of course, they are way more consistent...

Yea slick because i was going full speed the whole time... i should also mention he had the 4 door version. I've driven it, it's pretty quick but I think any slightly modded lt1 could take one down. When I raced him last summer i was still on a hot cam, things have changed since then. Sorry for exaggeration in my story, i wasn't aware there were so many humorless people on this site.
