Default Any point to selling my LT1?

I have alot of new parts, the car runs wonderfully and I just installed a new exhaust. I've attempted to sell it before, but I know I probably won't get more than $5,000 for it. Should I just sit back and enjoy all the work I've done to the car or try and get something else. Theres no real need to sell it though. Opinions anyone?

What else would you get? I have thought about selling mine but I know I would end up with a ls1 car and more debt. I'd probably buy a practical car if I was you and get a power adder for the lt1 car.

this debate has been in my head since about a month after i bought my LT1, if i save and don't waste my money, i can hopefully pull at least 4g out of my car, and have another 5 cash to throw on top of that for an LS1...however, my car would be back to stock and no more funds for building it up...now i am still debating whether or not to sell it or buy a used supercharger for some instant power until i can really build the motor right...

If i found a cheap FI set up, i'd definately be all over it. I guess there really wouldnt be a point to selling the car. Wouldn't get anything out of it and I'd lose all the mods I'd get. Plus its paid off.

Just keep it! There's nothing wrong with an LT car! Still fast, and it seems like you have had some fun putting it together.

If it hasnt already sold, someone on LS1tech was selling a used supercharger set up for like 1800...? Check the classified section on here.

No real reason to sell it, clean cars are getting harder to find and if its paid off then you can wait a bit and enjoy it..

Maybe get a nice daily thats really good on gas

yea there was a vortec s-trim kit for 1800.00. If you get a new daily driver get a 2000 or newer regal gs. I bought mine 2 years ago for 6500 w/ 55000mi. It gets 32mpg on highway, with under 500.00 dollars in mods it run's mid to high 13's! They are very comfortable to drive, SLEEPER for sure!
