count the teeth on the ring and divide by the number on the pinion. take a marker and mark so you dont forget where you started lol

All v8's have limited slip rear ends, the only way to tell if he has changed that to a full locker is to pull the rear cover off and look.

Default And One More Set Of Questions

im buying the T/A and will hopefully have a 1000 bucks left to save just incase anything breaks and another 1000 to spend on some bolt on's. i was thinking CAI and some long tube headers with true duals and maybe some cut outs. a thousand bucks should be enough for all that or close enough. what do you guys think? and another newb question sorry if i were to get a stall converter and a shift kit installed at a shop what would be a questimate of how much that would cost? and should i spend the 1000 on gears stall converter and shift kit before cai and exhaust?

it depends on what you are doing with it, stricktly street i would probably put the exhaust and intake on it.. if it is going to be a strip car then i would probably look into a converter and some gears..... then once the money is there get both but if it is mainly your daily driver i would start with the exhaust cheapest and easiest way to go.

Default ok . . .

ok so i would really like to hit the strip with this car but i will most likely and realistically be just daily driving it and a little street. so exhaust and intake first then when the money allows gears stall and shift kit. cool thanks! any other opinions?

haha actually i wanted a m6 but there arent any in the phoenix area for the same price with the same miles or less. so i figure its the exact car i want except m6 so i cant really complain. plus ive been reading that the a4's with a stall and some gears will get better 60's.
