Default Miss

Check your plugs and find you miss. You might as well replace them I reccommend NGK TR55's. When you find the miss check to make sure you're getting spark to eliminate you optispark. As long as you have you plugs out it wouldn't hurt to check you compression depending on you mileage. Any less than 100psi and you've got prolbems. You should also replace you wires if you never have and make sure they're clear of the exhaust. My car had little bottom end power and felt fine in mid to upper rpm's. I found two dead holes. New plugs, wires, and optispark and it's running great!

I'm going to have to agree with 96LT1355Z28.

Do a basic tune-up on the car if you haven't done one already. New spark plugs (gapped correctly), wires, clean air filter, fluid change, O2 Sensors. If you don't know the age of any of these, it definitely wouldn't hurt to replace them.

Pick up a Hayne's Manual from your local DAP and it will explain to you how to do all of them.

do a full tune up. im leaning more towards o2 sensors if the car is smoking out black alot and at low end it feels like there is a fuel cut off and the car just boggs

Its not smoking. I just bought the car a couple months ago. I have already changed the plugs and wres. I also changed the air filter and oils after I got the car. Im going to try the o2 sensors
