Header Gasket Question...
Header Gasket Question... Hey guys, i just have a quick question. I just got my pacetter LT's in the mail. Everyone says to not use the gaskets that come with them because they don't last. Im just wondering if the copper ones that came with it will be ok or if i should just get some new ones right away because i don't want to replace them down the road. We are putting them in on Sat. so i need to know quick. Thanks.

I've got the bbk headers and they come with a cork type gasket. I put those on and still haven't had a problem out of those, if they come with copper thats a plus I would use them.

you can get them from jeggs, or summit, look around local parts stores Mr Gasket stuff is most likely what everyone will have they are the same, They look like shiny silver metal gaskets but are soft and crush easy=no leaks and cannot burn one out.
