400 at the wheels is fairly reliably doable on a stock shortblock with some level of reliability and will get you 11s.

My car has gone 12.7 on street tires with slicks and crap in the trunk so it was probably over 4300lbs for that run.

Cam only is not going to do it, heads and cam will and I already expressed my opinion on who is best.

its the way we do things where im from but like i said i still got my stocks so it aint nothin....I done parted a few ponies heads with work in my fairly stock LT1
