Default LT1 Project

This is a car I recently purchased to toy around with...

97 Z/28
stock short
Speed Inc H/C/I ( stock castings )
TH350
4200 stall ( unknown )
Strange 12 bolt , spool, 3.91
UMI SFC's
BMR XTreme Drag Bar
QA1's
NOS Dry kit
Light Weight
relocate wires and putting ECU under Dash
relocate fuel lines with AN

The above is a quick run down of things.

The car was owned and mostly built by an ex-employee. Then sold 2 times and now I am fixing and detailing things. The car is nice overall, but needed some TLC. The car is coming along well I feel and should be back running in about 2 weeks.

I will then need to do the N20 setup, gauges, ext touch ups & detail.

The Z has gone low 11's NA and mid 10's on a 125 shot before. I found it to have a bad opti, 2 burned plug wires and 3 broken valvesprings. I think it may run a little better when I'm done

see link for misc pics... I will add some later as I move on with other things

That thing is clean! I like that color. Is it original paint? I like to see ppl clean them up like that, it really pays off in the end.

Mmmm Syclone and Typhoons. Wish I owned one. My buddy likes to do SBC S10s and I've been trying to talk him into an AWD SBC S10 >_< He won't do it

What's up Larry. It's good to know that you have an LT1 again. Is this going to be a "quartermile toy"? If so, great! I'll be keeping in touch and asking you what new modifications you will be doing to this new monster.
And Larry, I finallly have the videos of our runs from last month at GLD. I'll drop it off at the shop after the holidays.

Very clean ride. What kind of wheels are those?

Do we get any details on the H/C?
