there is nothing in your sig that really warrants a tune. what kind of dyno did you use? some dynos give better numbers than others. mustang dynos tend to give lower numbers but it really doesnt matter, dynos are a tuning tool and the power is just a number to use for reference or baseline.

I used a DYNOJET, but I was hopping for 330 with cam and all supporting mods, since I will be doing the CC503 this summer.

you should be able to make 330 rwhp with the 503 and the rest of the valvetrain to go with the cam. it does get kind of expensive but dont skimp on valvetrain. springs, locks, retainers, correct length pushrods, rockers, guideplates, are all very important in making power. i had to also upgrade to 30 lb. injectors and a 255 fuel pump when i did my cc503. maybe due to my car being a 93 (came with 22# injectors) and high mileage, pump may have been worn. either way, if you cant deliver enough fuel, you will be replacing the motor shortly after.
also, you will need a stall speed converter for the cc503. and with the converter, you will need to add a trans cooler. just things to keep in mind. i used a 3600 stall when i still had the 700r4. when i swapped to th400, i used a 4000.

Alright, well I will just put this out there, all I have in power mods so far: 1) PS headers, 2) PS ORY. Would intake do much for the LT1 considering the design of the CAI for these cars?

Yes a CAI is essential, the name of the game is getting as much air in and out of that motor as fast as possible and the CAI is a good place to start especially since you have the air out of the motor part down with the LT's etc. You said you want to eventually toss the cc503 in there, your car would be starving for air to feed that without a CAI.

With CAI could my numbers climb a bit? I usually dyno after I add anything to my car performance wise, so I can track the car's progession.

ya man deff. get a CAI before you cam it, i recommend the K&N kit from summit, made a noticeable difference on my car, has an advertised dyno gain of 18.29 hp, a bit overrated but regardless a must have bolt on.
