Actually, it is the raised intake runners on the LT-4 heads that are the major difference. And you need an LT-4 intake to match the raised intake runners. You can check the casting numbers on the heads to make sure they are LT-4s.

You looked at the wrong number LT4 casting number is 10239902.

Also the runner is not raised really, it is TALLER, the floor is in the same spot and it is a lot bigger.

Reguardless of the casting number, those are LT1 heads not LT4's. You can tell by the lip of the valve cover rail.

Not only that but quite possibly the most dirty nasty looking heads Ive ever seen.

If you sell those as LT4s, someone's gonna kick your ***.
If you represent those as anything other than rebuildable cores, you're also gonna have someone pissed at you. Those are BEAT... and need a complete rebuild to be worth anything. the springs and valves are both in BAD shape, and the valves are almost certainly siezed in the guides. it's also VERY likely that the valves will destroy the guides due to the amount of rust if a machine shop tried to disassemble the heads for cleaning and rebuilding.

Most folks here frown on ripping people off. I hope you reconsider selling those, or at least provide clear, close up pictures of the condition before you sell them. Certainly don't describe them as in any way ready to use. My machine shop would likely charge 800 bucks or so to make those ready to use... nearly what a set of ported performance LT1 heads would cost.

first of all I didnt put this topic to sell them to the fellow members I just wanted to know what those heads came from

second I already said I got a buyer and he asked me to look for LT4 heads for him and when I look at my garage I saw those heads and I told him they gonna cost u alot of $$ just to rebuild them as a stock heads and he agreed because he swaped LT1 short block into 90 altima and he want to finish the project as soon as possible I told him I dont know if they are LT4s or LT1s he told me just make sure what are they and call me ASAP but I think I was wrong when I was thinking of putting a topic here and ask you guys so Im sorry for any miss understanding I hope the admins delete this topic,Thank you.
