this motherf**kin opti man...
and autozone is where he can get one fast and cheap, afriend bought one from there couple months ago and is still working fine.

Bite the bullet and spend the money on the AC/Delco....or save the money now and spend it later on replacing the AutoZone one.
Mine went out after 80k on the 97 WS6 and the new one cost 285.00 before tax so, like 310 or something.
AC/Delco Opti: 310.00

Dont by the all ignition(ebay)one if your going to use it in a normal way(single coil with high voltage tru it) because its not totally a full GM unit. The main case and the sensor is a real gm but they buy them like that and put some shitty cap and rotor that doesnt last at all.I know i ve bought 2(100$ each) and disasembled one to analyse it.
Stay away from MSD they are not a real improvement and they are poorly assembled. That doesnt justify at all a 500$ price tag.I know i ve bougt one and replace it 3 times under warranty and after the 3rd one i ve been refund
The dynaspark is a good unit because it use a lot of stocker part. The think that i like about it is that the opti harness is sealed. But again does this justify a 600$ pirce tag...no.
So the remaining winner is the stock delco unit. With this unit you dont just buy an opti ,you buy peace of mind.
