so just as my title says... i think i am leaking oil from where my dipstick attaches to the motor because it is loose like crazy, and also my fill neck on my valve cover is pretty loose as well at the base... is the dipstick just a push in with o-rings around the outside to seal it? and also, im not so worried about the filler neck, but i was just wondering if there is any way to fix either of these problems?

The dipstick should have the o-ring where it attaches to the block and it should also be bolted to the block just underneath the exhaust manifold. The filler neck can be taken out and just use the cap in the valve cover and it should seal better.
