Default 94 Bird Front Seal Oil Leak

My 94 LT1 likes to coat the garage floor with Mobil 1. I finally cleaned the motor and put it on jackstands looking for the source of the leak. It is leaking in the front of the motor. It appears that there is a trail of oil coming from the back of the opti. My ride has 70K on a rebuild. Is this a normal spot to leak? When I tear into it, will it be a problem to replace all three front seals? Are there any special tools I will need besides the normal garage tools? Finally, are there any speedy sleeves for the crank and water pump(if it is even an option) that I should be using?

timing cover leak. That is fairly common. Probably just needs a new gasket. The only special tool you need is a puller (3 jaw type works well) to remove the crank hub.

Since you have a 94, try not to drench the opti in coolant when you take off the water pump.

If replacing waterpump seal only, then only waterpump has to come out(Do not get the opti wet!)
If cam and crank seal have to be replaced, both opti and crankshaft hub have to come out. No need to remove timing cover.
