10hp and 1 lb of torque? You have some huge headers on that thing or what? LOL.

My car feels like it picks up, but that may be because the previous owner put a 2.5" flowmaster out back :/ Although i have seen a mustang gain a little over 15hp on a dyno. He had dual cutouts right after the headers, but still same idea i suppose.

My buddy has a hooker catback on his z28, and picks up 5 with an open cutout. It all depends on how restrictive your catback is.

It depends on what kind of exhaust your are running now b/c if you have a really low restriction exhaust you wont see as much compared to it on a choking stock exhaust!!

It depends on more than just your catback. It depends on your engine's total ability to pump air.

On heads/cam cars I've seen between 10-13rwhp with open cutout vs stock catback, my own personal experience and with friends cars.

When my car was a 6spd with a flow master I picked up 33rwhp and around the same torque by opening cutouts right off the headers. Flowmaster + crushbent exhaust = bad for power.

I would pick up 2-3mph with them open.
