Any other symptoms? Missfires, glowing headers, etc?
my TB was cleaned/ported not too long ago by me. i dont have any hoses disconnected or hear of a vacuum leak. this just randomly started a couple weeks ago sporatically, and now is happening everytime i drive.
i have both MAF and SD and no tears or holes in the bellow after the MAF. i just cleaned the maf a couple days ago as well.
i ported the TB about a year ago, so that wouldnt cause it. i did the porting the same way anyone would.
it doesnt miss or anything with that plug wire. and it still runs strong even with these problems.
the SES light used to come on when cruising in 6th on the freeway sometimes when letting off in 6th and getting back on the gas. but never thought anything big of it.
maybe it could be cause i extended the MAF wires and used butt conectors when i put my lid on.
but it does seem like when the SES comes on after it dies the problem goes away.

it wont do it at first after getting off, itll take a couple idles.
then itll also do it in my driveway sometimes when getting back home.
Definitely worth a shot, remove the TB and clean the entire thing with some good carb cleaner. Soak the IAC chamber for a few minutes, then hose it out real good (air gun with a compressor is best but not a must), then soak it again.
