I am about to get a good deal on a 3400 yank convertor for my 4l60e and was wanting to know what kind of tenths are roughly knocked off in the 8th.

a stall can get you anywhere from no gain (because of no traction) to nearly a full second off your E.T. trapping the same mph, I went from a 13.8 @ 102 with a 2.1 60' to a 13.2 @ 102 with a 1.7 60'.

I wish I could tell you, but when I put the converter in october, the track was closed....I have to wait until the summer to make a run. If you have great traction, it will really knock off some tenths...if you do not have any traction, you might actually lose time if you cannot pedal the car down the track.
