milky oil!
drained my oil after the initial startup of my car to check it out and it seemed really milky, like coolant got in there. I dont kno how it could be becasue the head gaskets are fresh 1074s with about 10-15 min of idle time on them...I have no clue what could be causing this and its really aggravating me!

the days I was running the car it was really like 10-15 but it was still semi-warm in the heated garage with the door cracked, and it does not smoke like it should if a head gasket is blown, I just cant understand how a brand new gasket could blow out already. I was also wondering if something could of happened to my oil cooler while being removed to cause it to leak coolant in to the motor.

anyone else have any ideas? Im gonna go ahead and delete the oil cooler incase that is the problem, and put fresh oil+filter on it and see what happens. I really hope its mousture or the oil cooler.

Was there any oil residue in the radiator, or on the radiator cap? Your oil pressure is higher than rad pressure and will usually put oil in the radiator.
Also look on the oil fill cap on the underside for a milky residue also. If you can get your hands on a radiator pressure tester is a good way to check for fluid leaks.

usually if the heads arent ported into a water jacket or something and the head gaskets are fine then you should be good to go..dont forget about all the break in lube you used for your top end and assembling the bottom end...the grease I used was white grease and it mixed with oil and turned into a milkshake color..after the first oil change everything was fine...

yea i was also thinking about the break in lube, mine was red but it i think if it mixed with the oil it would cause it to get milky or a wierd color. the heads are not ported very much to hit a water jacket so i think i should be ok there.
