You need to understand the root of the problem in order to solve a problem.
Bolts do not spontaneously loosen. They lossen when the gasket compresses or they wetre not tight enough to begin and they no longer have sufficient torque to stay put, vibration can then back them out.
Use gaskets that don't compress or frequently retighten the bolts for the first couple weeks if using gaskets that do compress, simple as that. I have some cheap bulk hardware on mine and have no loosening problems.
