Default best cam to spin to 6500rpms
say i have heads that flow 250cfm @.50 what off the shelf cam is the best for this i want it to have a good lope and maintain som low end power?

I would have to say the CompCams 503, next the 306.

Something in the mid 220's duration wise should suit you.

off the shelf wise probaly the cc503 but I would def go with a custom grind.

My le2.2 works great up to 6500 RPM and I am about ready to find out how it likes the spray!
