1993 car surges under partial throttle?

1993 car surges under partial throttle? Having a weird issue no cel yet, anything under 40%ish throttle it feels like it chugs, or kinda surges not real bad but bad enough to notice... but under WOT its pull smooth and hard all the way to redline no surge at all.... only thing I have noticed is the gas milage is pretty bad, and it smells really rich at idle... what you guys think?

Probably would've been my last guess, since I'd figure the problem would be vice-versa if it was injectors. Fine under little load, crap out under load (wot). I'd guess O2 sensors since WoT they get turned off.

my **** was choking at partial throttle, but fine at WOT.. fuel pressure was a no no so i changed the injectors and problem went away.. i guess he found his though.. egr
