Not really alot of fabrication to it, more time in finding the right parts tho. One simple 4" X 10" flat plate steel and a drill bit was all I needed.

Maybe I am missing something but it seems that manifold is more cosmetic than anything. Unless he is planing on running a HUGE wet Nitrous kit!
High rise intake mani's are meant to help low end torque by keeping velocity up. more time for fuel atomization is just a slight benefit. The straightest air path into the chamber is the best, until it goes turbulent or sonic. There are MANY factors.

the stealth ram picked us up some time and mph on the motor in Taput911's car. BTW it ran 10.40 @128 at gulport MS on a 95degree day with 90+% humidity NA with a tune that was just enough to get it down the track There were 9.XX in that motor. We had a nitrous plate from Billingsly that was set to work on the stealth ram, we never ran it would have had 9.xx for sure then

Default Vc?

i have the canton valve covers on my engine with no problems at at all(1.6 crane gold rockers). for some reason everybody thinks u got to come up with some special bracket to run power steering, not true. U dont have to clearance the alt, some have and massaged elsewhere also to get it to work , but all thats is needed is the smaller style alt that they sell(autozone, advanced, oreileys). My set up works perfect and looks bitch'in.

Since this has come back up I have a simple question. I noticed the ones people posted have provisions for the oil cap. These ebay ones don't:

Are you just pulling the valve cover to fill the engine with oil?

we drilled one and added a grommet and breather, and of course it blew oil out cause of no baffel. if i can say one thing about these covers.. don't buy them!!! we had to buy $50.00 gaskets to get them not to leak oil. there arn't any gasket retaining rings/tracks to keep the gasket from sliding around while installing them. so the high dollar cork gaskets with the thin piece of metal in them held themselves in place. plus we had to trim the bolt tubes down to get the cover to pull down and seal.

I to have the Ebay covers. Had to slice a notch to clear the alternator on the pass side. Don't have a picture of the passenger side yet.
