Lt-1 Wth Omg

i was trying to put my new o2 sensors in but i looked on the side of my block on the passenger side it says 327 WTH it looks just like all those other lt-1s anyone help me out or tell me its a wierd thing an its still a 350

no laughing im depressed now i thought i had a 350 wth it says 327 infinite bird wth im sadd now

its the LT1 "gang" number. its like having a tattoo of your "crew" so GM thought ahead and casted 327 into our blocks so we are all cool with each other lol.

so all lt-1s say 327 oh thank god i was gonna cry cuzz i didnt have the biggiest motor in my parking lot anymore btw thanxs cuss now i got a great tattoo idea

Still kinda made me made and, sad at the same time. Well i had a 350 onc ein my old pick up an it blew. put a 305 in it an it was a dissapointment

When i was building my motor and had it on the engine stand my buddy seen it and went around telling every one that i was building a 327 for my car. So i had to sit him down and try to explain it to him, didnt work though, to this day he thinks my LT1 355 is a 327.

lol in my engines class we tore apart an LT1 and when our group was asked for displacement these fool looked at the block and told him 327....we were dyin!!!
