Not bad for a few hours work.

I would like to thank Larry and the guys at Speed Inc for the great part!
We are glad to hear you're pleased with the kit...THANKS

just a little heads up

I got word yesterday we will have some blems to sell. This maybe be a nick, scuff, low spot etc. The setup otherwise will be complete and work as it should. The majority of these blems will not even be seen once bolted on.

there will be both PS/ALT and PS only

These will be going for some nice reduced prices

more info within the next 7-10 days

TA/KID....you make me sick! Now I know I need to go and pull my engine out and reshoot the damn thing after looking at yours. LOL! Look at all the space just putting the radiator vertical! You do this yourself? What rad are you using?

Hey man whats up? Yea me and my brother preped the engine bay, filled everything and then had it painted. Me and my father cut the rad setup and I modified it the way I wanted. As for the radiator its a custom peice from Griffin, call patrick at Griffin and tell him you want the "Ben Charles" radiator and he will hook you up. (thats if you want to run braided line from the waterpump to rad). I have a Flexalite 16inch fan that pulls 2500cfm keeps the car (pre blower setup) at around 155 constant. Any other questions just ask. I put the Fabed 9 in today

i have to start saving for one of these... i freakin hate the look of the old nasty alternator on top and with your piece it hides it well and makes for a more cleaner look under the hood! ill be riping my ac compressor next season and instead of going for the ac delete pulley this not only looks better but hides the alt.

Default good news

people had asked about an alternator relocation kit which kept A/C and PS, so we began working on it

alternator mount is reconfigured and mounted on the drivers side..low

We are working on 3 options for the combo...

1- we will supply a diagram showing how to trim the stock cast bracket
2- we can supply a stock modified bracket ( if cores are available )
3- we will have a custom bracket for both the A/C and PS similar to the current ALT/PS

no pics or prices have been set, but just a little info

This is the only other complete Alt/PS bracket kit on the market for the LT1, it doesn't allow you to use the stock alternator and P/S pump, and the final cost (and headache) to put it all together was more than double the amount of the LS1 SPEED kit:

The simple fact that the LS1 SPEED kit situates the accessories in such a way that you're not required to do a bunch've extra legwork like cutting and splicing your wiring harness, having to custom fab all new power steering hoses, or force you to have to move or delete anything else under your hood in order to make it fit: that alone makes it worth the cost.

The fact that it manages to do all of this and dress up the engine bay at the same time makes it a steal.

Kudos to LS1 SPEED for putting together a well thought out, nice looking, and competitvely priced bolt on accessory kit.

I want this guys kit .. alt one side / PS the other !!! How much is it ?

that kit is expensive! he mentioned more the double of ours since you will need a new alternator, power steering pump, lines etc

it is very nice looking though...bling'n

We may be able to do the same once we sort out the custom bracket option for the PS & A/C...just not use the A/C.
