Check your fuel pressure regulator. It sounds like it is pouring fuel through it. Does your oil have any gas in it? Does it smell super rich or run poor?

pull a plug and c if there is fuel all over the plug and check for some leaks you should get bout 180+ miles to the tank and check your fuel psi regulator stick a fuel psi gauge as well and c what ur at while running.

Well having an exhaust leak right at the manifold you make it run rich with the cold air coming in, like stated above your fuel pressure regulator could be bad pull the vacuum like off and if fuel comes out your in need of a regulator, also if you have more then 50k on your o2 sensors id just recomend changing them out for new delcos anyways but they could be causing you to run rich also.

mass air flow sensor could be dirty, or i believe the map sensor will also make it run pig rich if its not reading.

Prime the pump by putting the the car in koeo. Then pull the vacuum line off of the fpr and look and smell for fuel. If fuel is present, you have a faulty fpr diaphragm.

Clean the MAF wires with electronics cleaner.
