Hotcam backorder

I have been waiting on the hotcam or the kit for quite some time. Does anyone have any idea what the hold up is?

i do believe they stopped producing the hotcam kit, i do believe Scoggin Dickey has a replacement for the hotcam that is similar in size because of that fact

I got one of the last kits available in Feb. There were only two left on the locater at the time. As mentioned they are going to stop making the kits

Just go with a comp 305. Puts down more power and is just as streetable

dude its been fazed out since 97

its been coming for a long time since they stopped producing the lt4 heads, intake, etc etc

ANY of you having problems with your Hotcam drivability needs to talk to your tuner

Ours Drive nice as cake and get great MPG as well!

Yeah edelbrock has a new CNC ported head for the ltx's

The Hotcam I had in my LT1 was a dream. I daily drove my car for 2 years, would go to the track and click off 11.2's all day long with a little spray. Is edlebrock contracting someone to make the cam?

I haven't had any real problems with any of the cars I put spray on. I sold the LT1 last summer, but I'm friends with the guy that has it. He drives the crap out of it and it still runs like a champ.
