Did you guys have to hump your motors to change your plugs.Man, I still cant figure out how to get the front passenger side out!!!Thought it would be easier with headers too.

it can be a pain with the alternator bracket and air tube in the way

I got more intimate with my motor and more freaky with it doing the plug change then my girlfreind would ever consider. but I love my dirty girl.

This is how I addressed that particular plug;
1. Remove the Alt.
2. Put on the LT1 special stubby drilled spark plug socket on the plug
3. Put a 3/4 short socket on the hex end of the stubby socket
4. Use my 3/8 air ratchet to remove the ***'y.

I was gonna be double plus un-fun untill I got out the air ratchet, as there is ZERO room to rotate a tool!

Using that method, it was actually the quickest of the 8 to change!

Yeah plugs are fun, with my hooker LTs it takes me a good hour and a half, sometimes longer and I always end up with some funny bruises on my hands. My motor didn't last long enough when it was in stock form for me to change the plugs, so I can offer no help, but good luck

lol if your ac doesn't work and u dont have a charge... remove the lines from the A/C compressor... and remove the compressor. thats how I did it on my 94 formula. i put a delete bracket and when i looked up, i saw the front passenger plug right there. i was like ****** ****** THERE U ARE lol.

yeah i got them all in today.All i have to do is crimp the opti side of the wires and its done.(I got the OTVC kit)
