Default 13 year old LT1 vs 03 Cobra with a Whipple...
Okay, so the engine is only a few years old (still an LT1) but the body is 13 years old

noice......on a side note I have a virtually identical Cobra that want to race me at the track. He claims 639rwhp and I only made a little more than 580rwhp....I think it is going to be a very close race

CALL911 made 614RWHP on a mustang dyno too.
Hey man you still running them Stock small runner AFR heads???

Makes me happy to see that, building a pretty mean LTx blower car myself.

600hp Cobra Vs 600hp Z28

It will be a drivers race that is for sure. The second race on that video above told how much of a drivers race it is Cobra got out but the Z28 could not cover it and that makes it a pretty fair match

Yeah, they are AFR 180's fully ported by TPIS.

On race#2, the Cobra left before I did, thats why he pulled in front of me. Race#3 we both left the exact same time, thats why there was no Race#4. After he jumped the gun/I was late on the takeoff there was no real driver error, he just left with the advantage.

Very nice, glad to see you prevailed ! I did not realize your car made the 614 rwhp number on a mustang dyno. My guess, you would make somewhere in the 640+ range on a dyno-jet ? Your car sounded sick with the cam bouncing off the concrete garage (I'm guessing that was at IPFW's garage ?). Good job, congrats on the win !!

Hey man they were great races I just noticed you never pulled on him a hair in that race. Dead even. He had the same jump I just kept expecting you to go by him The other races you blew him out
