Default do i need a monoblade?

and is arizona speed and marine the only place who makes on these days? my setup it a YSI 388 stroker with a fully forged engine that will be running decent boost and possibly around 850-900hp at the flywheel..... i run a 58mm TB now and have a buddy that wants my BBK 58 so i plan on selling it to him and getting the monoblade..... what are you guys thoughts on this and are there other places to get it? jake

Probably not needed, but if your a good buddy and you have deep pockets, go for it.

Well I made 722 RWHP with a 58 mm. so that equates close to 760 FWHP?

na im not syaing a 58mm wont get it done cause we have all seen that it dos the job just fine..... i was just wondering if it will help me out a little more..... my tuner said that they are junk and that my 58mm will do just fine so i wll probly keep it or buy the arizona speed and marine so my freind dont have to take mine back off to make it easier..... and i dont have any horse power yet let alone 900hp, but on paper my setup should have much more than my last setup with a vortech S trim and 355ci 545rwhp at 9psi..... im stroking it to a 388, going to the YSI which is good for 1,200hp and running it on medium boost, and running methanol injection as an intercooler.....

the main thing is i dont want to have too much power and break all kinda stuff cause we all know that the LT1 block aint the strongest but im converting it to 4 bolt and also running a somewhat safe amount of power and boost..... if i get it done and its some wild amount of power but i think its not at a safe level i will put a bigger pully on it and take some power away to make this project stay together longer..... my main priority is to try to make as much power as i can safely and get as many passes down the track as i can out of this old LT1! i know if its done properly that it can be done cause its been done before but many people have broken alot too maybe due to going over theyre limit on the part they used...... wish me luck!

Boost does not need it no

Nothing wrong with a LT1 block if it is prepped correctly. They have maxed out dyno's more then once
