I just got a new radiator for 200 bucks from checker. Its real easy to install as long as you do not get impatient and break your finger with a hammer.

Glad you found it, did you notice any coolant on the ground or anywhere?

I picked up a new radiator for 180 and put it in myself. Not really hard to do but it gets kind of frustrating. Deffinately don't take it in to get installed though.

+1 for buying one and doing it yourself. Take your time, learning is fun.

From what you said, it sounds like you have a crack in one of the plastic tanks on the side of the radiator. You are probably better off just getting a new one.

These might help a little:

radiator hoses - http://shbox.com/1/93-94_hoses.jpg

mounting diagram - http://shbox.com/1/radiator_mounting.jpg

heater hoses - http://shbox.com/1/heater_hoses_93-94.jpg
You shouldn't really need that last one, but I figured I'd post it so you didn't mix up hoses.

If I were you, I'd just put 1993 Z28 M6. Everyone already knows you have a LT1 by your car and year, and M6 = T56.
Funny little statement at the end.

It's one of those jobs where not a lot of tools are required, but it still can be a PITA to get the radiator positioned correctly and get the ducting fastened correctly. It's straight forward. Just need some patience.

dude you don't need apostrophes before the 's' on plural words or words that end in 's'.

"thanx's" "connect's" "end's"

Normally I don't go spellcheck police on people, but it was bothering me.

I meant Manual 6 Speed (M6) = T56 tranny (regardless of how it's geared).
