FWIW, my rockers set with 0 preload sound very similar.
You can apply a little additional preload to quiet them down for peace of mind.
I did so with my previous setup.

I had a little bit of the same problem..Adjusted the rockers 3 different times and on the last time, I found 2 different rockers that were a bit looser than the rest. The kicker was, that we noticed that the pushrods weren't running in-between the guideplates like they should. They were rubbing on one side of the pushrods...Adjusted the guideplates, and rockers, that sucker sounds like a sewing machine ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
Just something else to check. See how the pushrods are running in the guideplates.

hey man,
i have the same problem. but mines worse. it makes a loud squeaky noise along with the clicking. i seafoamed my car and the noise when completly away, but then when i did the oil change after 100 miles...it came back. idk...after a while it went away again, but then it came back. idk what it could be...try seafoaming it. maybe you'll have better luck than me.
