12.6 to 1 on pumpgas. LT4 reman, no problems

The problem I have with stock starters is they work great for a year then get to slow to turn the engine over when it is hot

12.5:1 with the Corvette starter (smaller + gear reduction). Works great and sounds good.

I am at 12.3:1 using an LT4 starter. Works fine. I am about to lower my CR to 11.5:1
He's lowering his compression so I can get even DEEPER in that ***.....

I painted my stocker white 12.5:1 . you might consider a heat shield. ive had bad luck with discount auto startors/alternators in the past now I only deal with robert walters redford MI, thats where all the local shops go

thats the thing these kook headers take up alot of space pan is a moroso 7 quart.
maybe I should try something a bit smaller if I can find one

yeah.... +1....

you guys with avgas and 2 stroke oil are begging to blow your motors up.....

If you're that unsure of what fuel to use just pour 1 ounce of chuck norris' urine into a full tank of gas.....

effectively raises the octane to somewhere in the 300's...... LOL
