The octane level of Chuck Norris's **** cant be chemically measured, dident you know that..?


EDIT : Not only that, but where the hell are you going to find a container up to the task of HOLDING that while you pour it?

My old 401 LT1 was 13:8 to 1, used a TCI mini with no issues.

ya its hard to see that kinda thing with no hoist only jackstands I guess I will take more time to try and eye it up and see if I need a small shim or something in there

I also forgot to mention I have a digital 7 msd box and I retard the timing on startup by 15 degrees or whatever the max is

Well my starter just died. Only have 12-1 comp, but it was the stock starter. Only fired this motor about 30 times or so. I think I'm going to get a powermaster.

...using pistons designed for a particular CR, block decking contributes some as well as head gasket choice. Combustion chamber volume is also figured in, in regards to what you are trying to do with the motor, etc.....

Dave, what did you end up using?

I dont remember what tooth flywheel I have..anybody know off hand? Just an M6, McLeod ST,steel flywheel.

I tried a powermaster but is wont clear the kook headers.So I bought a stock vette one and I am going to get a second as backup

running 12.7 with a stock starter......just good clean cable connections with an optima red top!!!!!!!
