ill be putting it on the engine stand tomorrow and taking off the body harness then this coming weekend its off to get crushed

here are today's updates:



took the full brake line off and sjm line lock







got denzel on the trailer (which let me tell u was way to fun lol)

it was fun filming the camaro getting crushed
bird is now in the garage

my uncle traded me these seats for my stock firebird seats that he needed for his sons 91 camaro

ill prolly sell them to a local f body buddy.

ya i was pissed. after i got the car stripped i sat down and cussed for a good 5 minutes lol
pic of me making fun of the local mustangs saying my motor shouldnt be that fast for stock lol

Yeah, I dont know if watching my favorite car get crushed... Especially after all you had into it. But a car crushing in general must be pretty cool.

hey man, could you tell me how much that driveshaft set you back? ive been thinking of getting one and am curious about how much they cost.

the acpt carbon fiber driveshaft is a lil under 900. i would get a alum ds for half that if ur going to buy one. mine came with the car when i bought it

ive already got the 1LE aluminum driveshaft, but in the future i do plan to upgrade.

still need to smooth it up and cut the left side bracket off








saturday's weight pile 8-) the cardboard and door sound deading was heavier than i thought too!
still need to cut alot more, finish up the 6 speed swap then throw the motor and tranny in. i decided to install everything until i get my front suspension.

i watched my old f250 get crushed...all that was running through my mind was "thank god that thing is gone"

haha but really that powerstroke was the toughest vehicle ive ever owned im surprised it didnt just break the crusher haha.

wow i havent updated this thread in forever guys. i mostly have just been updating it on mofbody. ill get some pics up of all the progress sometime.

-motor/tranny/rear done
-ewp installed
-all wiring done
just need to do some odd and ends and its done

Wow!!! sad to see the Z go But hopefully that engine runs as good in the formula as it did in the Z Keep me updated.
