im not sure how to answer this..
ta is basically stock..
chevelle has steel crank and hyper pistons, forged rods, 4 bolt mains with studs. hyd roller cam, brodix heads, intake, carb headers, exhaust. scatter sheild bell housing, auto to manual swap, built rear, lift bars, adjustable upper control arms, circle track springs front and rear, bilstein shocks..
i guess i have a mild build, but lots of suspension work

I went with 6 on your chart, its probably a 5.75
355 with 6" rods, forged pistons (.005 in the hole with .027 cometics) Shortblock machine work balancing and assembly by Brian Ebert.
