high flow cat
Your stock cat is HUGE and is retricted. By swaping it with a High flow it will allow your car to flow better. You will notice better response but not much. Do you have to pass emissions where you live? By running a straight pipe you again, prob won't notice a difference besides your car smelling like crap. Plus if the cops should pull you over you will get a nice ticket!

yeah i have to pass emission.. someone told me my cat is clogged up it has 250k on the cat and plus bad opti making it run like **** also so i was thinking it might have made a bigger difference then that
Well bro if your cat is clogged and it indeed has that many miles on it then you will def notice a change with how your car runs. If your opti is bad then you need to take care of that too. I put a Magnaflow cat on mine cause I have to pass the sniffer to. No cat means no passing the sniffer so I wouldn't be installing a straight pipe!!

Verdad Gallardo Not a problem man. Yeah, I would stick to the AC Delco for sure. Be sure if you do find one it's an actual stock GM one and not some aftermarket garbage brand. Good luck with the Z!
If you're on a tight budget, simply replace the car and rotor. It's not a difficult task, once you get the opti unit off. A cap and rotor is about $150-60.
