Default T56 reverse gear flip?

I was told that if your popping outa reverse you could possibly fix it by just flipping the reverse gear around. anyone have a write up on that?

Not flipping the gear, flipping the synchro. It's more for hard engagement (since the bronze blocker on reverse sux) as the slider teeth get chewed. It's the only slider that only uses one side, so you can flip the slider over and use the fresh side.

If it's popping out, more likely you have some broken syncro teeth or worn/broken fork pads.
