Default Help... Just did clutch install, clutch fluid everywhere

Thanks for any replies. I just installed a Spec 3+ with all the bearings, new slave and remote bleeder. Got trans and everything in....Went to bleed clutch and kept getting air bubbles. Finally looked under car I have clutch fluid everywhere. On the starter, firewall, dripping down bellhousing. First of all, what do you think caused this? 2nd, is this bad for the clutch or flywheel if the fluid got on them?

Thanks,
Troy

you need to make sure those lines are tight on the slave and yes it is bad if you got the fluid all over the clutch assembly, it could cause it to fail.

Yeah, I made sure they were tight. I wonder if the slave was a bad one???
