Default Help, odd tranny problem, making a grinding/rubbing noise

Just started doing this today. I first noticed it when I was accelerating at about 30, I shifted gears and when I pushed the clutch in and went into 4th, as I was shifting I heard this low grinding noise... kinda like a grinding/rubbing noise, like rubber being pushed against metal. It'll do it when switching into random gears.

It doesn't feel like gears grinding, it's not loud enough and the shifter doesn't shake... although I do feel a slight vibration.

Then later I was driving again, just off a stop light kinda coasting in 1st gear while the guy infront of me accelerated, and it started making the noise constantly, kinda loud. I clutched in, pulled it into neutral, put it back in gear, and it stopped. It's done this a few more times.

I had the tranny rebuilt about 10k miles ago, and also had a Spec Stage 2 clutch put in at the same time.

What could be causing this? About 2k miles ago I got air in my hydraulics and the clutch pedal was limp, but a little purging fixed that right up.

Does anybody know what this could be? I am experiencing the exact same problem with a brand new (less than 1000 miles) clutch kit/flywheel/bearings/master/slave in my LS1 swapped BMW.
