not it wasn't a joke. do you guys not understand how the sytem works.
LLC stand for limited liablity company.
meaning you can only sue the company not the owner.
getsume- your right it is there name on the line. what i am saying is that if joe and amber never open another place. or work for a trany place again. who cares about there name. they go work at sears there name means **** to sears. so joe and amber helping people out is them trying to fix the problems that there company ended with. with name being the only thing on the line. they both could of walked away and said **** you all. but they aint. anyone that isn't being shity to them and letting them do the best they can with the money they are making. they are being helpful with.
either way. you can agree or not. i really don't care. i was just stating about a llc company.
and in my book. Joe and Amber are good people. doing the best they can with what they got.

Yes, I do know what a LLC (limited liablity corporation) is. What I am saying is, you have to be kidding me in that, just because it is a LLC that they don't have to worry about it. NOT LEGALLY, but MORALLY! I am not talking about the legal ramifications of it all. I mean, I could get into that if we wanted to. We could go round and round about this, and I really don't want to. The bottom line is they INTENTIONALLY screwed people over and bascially think it is OK, and they can move on. It is not like it was a company that fell on hard times becasue of the economy, they expanded to fast for their britches, too much overhead, poor business decisions, etc......They INTENTIONALLY did this to people. Not send parts. Not send refunds, core money back, etc....because they are just people that wanted to be evil and scam other's is what they did.

I'm not trying to be a jerk about this, but that doesn't make a lick of sense! "They are doing the best with what they got?" Ummm, they owned that business...so, "what they got", is what they worked for and earned! You're not making any sense there. I did business with their company, and they did have good customer service, and for the most part were good to work with. Someone said, that any warranty they promised is no good now that they're outta business? Didn't they have a 1 year warranty on their rebuilds?
and the whole what they got. honsestly if they cant pay debits or get tranys out, they must not have much.
but as long as you are pationate with them they are help ful.

you just said it your self. they grew to fast, poor business decisions. so maybe they didnt do it intentionally. but there decisions lead to it. then that is by accident. not intentionally.
and your right the morallity is the point. and that is way they are still helping me. and have asked others to be pationate.

I had ordered parts from them back in august and had gotten the run around for about a month. I finaly got fed up with it and requested a full refund so I could purchase my parts else wher. I waited a week for the refund to happen it never did. I was fortunate enuff to have purchased the parts with a visa card so I called visa and had all my money back the following day. BTW guys I had been told for 3 weeks strait that my parts had shipped I was given a tracking number and everything. But the tracking number had always shown the part had not been dropped off for delivery and had never left their hands. This is no way to run a bussiness nor treat customers. It is realy a shame because when you talk with them on the phone they make you belive that they will take care of it but in my case and it apears many others they never did. Good luck to anyone who hasnt gotten parts cash or core charges back. Also I think other credid / debtit card companies will do the same as visa.

It really sucks that all these people were burned but I don't see it getting resolved anytime soon . I would personally contact the Houston P.D and file charges of theft . Enough people do this and you can bet they will do something about it .

[QUOTE=Big Bird WS6;10698901]so you have heard joe and amber both say they intentionally screwed people?
you just said it your self. they grew to fast, poor business decisions. so maybe they didnt do it intentionally. but there decisions lead to it. then that is by accident. not intentionally.

No, they did not SAY it, they don't have to. I can read between the lines. If you just read a couple of posts up, there is just ONE example of the many that they intentionally screwed people: waiting for parts that said that got shipped out but didn't, was given a tracking number for parts that were never picked up.
I mean that is INTENIONALLY screwing people. And what I meant about poor decisions, was IF they had made poor decisions, or grew to fast, than (not that it makes it right) but is more understandable. I mean, if you take someone's money for parts, and do not send them, that is BULLSHIT!! That is not a poor business decision. It is FRAUD, plain and simple. And, it is screwing people over. Period. they knew when they took that man's money that they were not going to send parts out, and they did this over and over and over and over and over. It has NOTHING to do with growing to fast or anything like that. If they have the time to take your money, than they should make the time to send parts out. If they were growing to fast, they should have hired more people, stopped taking orders whatever. But did they do that? Nope. Kept taking people's money knowing that they had no intentions of sending out what had been paid for.
And your point about "pationate" Are saying patient or passionate? If you are saying patient, people have been waiting on stuff for MONTHS. How long does one need to wait for before they stop being patient? YEARS?
If you are saying passionate, so you mean to tell me that people need to REALLY want their money/parts to get what is owed to them? That they need to hound them every day to show that they REALLY want their stuff back? Come on man.
The fact is, this was not some over a period of a few weeks or couple months and that they screwed a few people over. This was going on for along time and a ALOT of people got the shaft, INTENTIONALLY!
