Default What do I do with used up clutches and pressure plates.

I have a bunch of smoked clutches, pressure plates and flywheels. What should be done with this stuff?? I hate to just throw it in the scrap pile but its getting in the way of cleaning out the old and making room for the new. What do you do with this stuff???

Thanks for your ideas, Tom

Default Scrap Metal

I am not sure if this is a good idea for you because you probably don't have a very large amount of that stuff, however we have quite a bit of scrap plates and flywheels etc.that go through here either warranty or mistakes etc. We recycle it, right now it is at .03 a pound. Just a thought I don't know how much you have.

One vote for scrap pile so scrap pile it is...

Actually the castiron pile is getting big but its under a foot of snow right now so hopefully scrap prices go up right about the time the snow melts.

flywheels might be re-sellable if they are not warped
