Default Changing a M6 to a A4?

What would all I need to change it over. I may be buying a 99 Z28 and it has a M6 and I prefer an A4. It will be a drag car sometime in the near future for the time being I would like to change it over. Thanks ahead of time.

I am looking at going with a built 4l60e. The build that I have in mind will be around 500-550rwhp so I think I will be fine with a well build 4l60

Put your location in your user profile and create another post something like "My M6 for your A4" and you will likely find someone in your area who is willing to swap straight across. There are always more guys with A4's wanting M6's so it should be easy finding someone unless you live in Nome, Alaska.

This way you can swap harnesses and everything making the job much simpler.
