Which Short Throw?

So lately I have been looking into buying a short throw shifter because the half mile between every gear is annoying. Just wondering what you guys got, what you guys like, and what you guys recommend. I was thinking about the B&M Ripper. What do you guys think?

I have a Pro 5.0 and I love it, I plan on getting Lou's short stick soon everyone loves that stick also

I absolutely love the Hurst Billet Plus on my T5, I'm sure it's only better on the T56. The shifter isn't placed too low, the throw is shortened significantly, and it has a very deliberate, precise feel. I've been considering adding a short stick to quicken the shifts even more.

i've got the pro 5.0 with lous short stick and its great. although i haven't used a mgw yet

I had a Hurst Billet w/ UMI short stick on one car and my car now has the Pro 5.0 with the Umi short stick. Between the two I like the Pro 5.0 more but Its all preference. They all feel better than stock.

pro 5.0 for sure.. and just cut the stock 5.0 stick if you want it shorter.. theres alot of threads..

I've got the Hurst Billet Plus, very solid feel and it cuts shift time down considerably.

I'm bringing this back up because I'm really looking at getting one here in March and would like to know the good and the bad about the stuff out there.
