Default pedal on the floor

Im getting ready to put my trans back in the car. i dissconected the slave when i took the trans out. tried to put it back on today and couldnt, there was pressure in the line so i bleed some off and the slave went right on. Now my clutch pedal is on the floor board and wont stay up what gives? Will it be fine once the trans is back in or did i screw something up? Please help i waana get the car going so i can drive it once this year before the snow flies
