Clutch Issues
I've noticed lately that my clutch has been engaging really, really close to the floor and has also been difficult to get into reverse at a stop after a cold start (doesn't want to go into any other gear if I try that as well). After jamming it into reverse it works fine after that, though. Yesterday I was putting it into first from a stop and it grinded the gears and pretty much letting the pedal off the floor any distance at all causes engagement of the clutch.
I've got a Ram HD and McLeod adjustable that's adjusted as far out as possible so it's not something I can simply adjust out. The engagement point used to be very far off the floor but has slowly migrated to being very close to the floor.
Not sure if anyone can shed any light on what could be causing this but I appreciate the help. Thanks

Maybe there is air in the system, try bleeding it also try looking into doing the drill mod. Also If I were you I would get a composite clutch next time for daily driving and street use, those ram bronze clutches clatter alot
