Default How hard is it to do the Drill mod

My clutch pedal is now feeling soft and it is harder to get into 1st and 2nd. Just wondering, how hard is this really. Im not really very mechanically inclined, i've done the few things I have on the car. Yet, this seems to be pretty difficult from the writeup

It is. I did it on my car and its eazy to take apart but hard to put back. If you take off the head it will be eazy.

HUH?
The hardest part IMO is drilling the line out without a vice.
A drill press with a vise will make it easier.

drill mod isnt going to affect the tranny getting into 1st or 2nd gear. it mostly just affects high RPM shifts into 3 or 4

whats the specs on your setup? stock clutch or aftermarket? how many miles? how many miles on the clutch or tranny fluids?
