My larger bearing splitter is OTC brand. I'm pretty sure you can get them from China Central too. :o

We went to a local Harbor Freight last night (didn't even know it existed) and picked up a press and the bearing splitter. Also ordered the gear puller needed.

Yeah, I should be pretty much set for tools except for an assembly to hold the trans. I'll probably try to make something for that, but we'll see.

Buy a piece of flatbar, cut strips, drill holes, and extend a regular gear puller
