this weekend i experienced something wierd with my clutch.. i pushed it to the floor and it "mechanically" hung on the way back up (about half way up)???? i put my foot under the pedal and it popped back up really fast like it was something catching somewhere??? it has only done this one other time... any input would be appreciated..

Where you a high RPM shift or spinning tires??

 

I wonder if your return spring broke and half of it is still on the pedal, causing it to catch sometimes depending on how the spring is oriented at that time.
