How hard is it to install the Tick Master Cyl?
and how long did it take you? I'm not all that mechanically inclined, the most difficult thing I've done on my car (with the help of others) is my springs/shocks which took a while. I'll have to bleed the master cyl too I assume, how hard is it to "bench bleed" or whatever I need to do? and is this something I can do myself? Just wanted everyone's opinion...
I tried searching but the search blows hard..... seriously how the F- does a search for "tick master" come up with NO results?

It took me a few hours of messing with it...the hardest thing is getting it into position, and after that it is getting the bolt holes lined up so you can put the bolts in. My wife has small hands, so she comes in real handy for this one.
I had a speedshop install a RAM Master for me. He had a problem getting off the line to the slave. If it wasnt for that, I would have done the install myself. Just get an extra set of hands to guide the new master threw the firewall and its a cake walk after that. Get a mityvac and itll make the bleeding process only 2 min.
you NEED an extra set of hands. I did the install in parts because the car is not my DD. I started yesterday morning taking off the interior panels/line from slave and then took the master out. Then last night I installed the master cylinder...it wasn't that hard for me. If you have small hands(I'm a small guy), it's not hard at all. I had both arms down there and was able to fish it through, you do need to be somewhat mechanically inclined to do this because not everyone is good at seeing with their hands. I just finished up the install this morning. To bleed the system all I did was fill the reservoir up with fluid and hold the slave line(I didn't connect it to the slave yet) and press in the white nylon that's in the center of the hose. After a few pumps of the clutch and filling the reservoir, the line was filled with fluid. I then connected the line to the slave. I just took it for a ride and I powershifted the **** out of the car with no problem.
Note: I didn't even have to crack the bleeder on the slave cylinder. My bench bleeding seemed to be enough to get the clutch hydraulics in good working order, but time will tell if it was good enough.
